The introductory lessons especially the private lessons, allow us to assess your unique body needs and propose the right program for you( privates, small group with equipment , mat class) or combination of those.

It's also a great opportunity for you to experience our studio, get acquainted with the classical pilates method and our unique equipment, and determine if our approach aligns with your preferences and goals.
