Equipment group classes
(2-3 people)
This is a popular offering, where you practice using the equipment selected by the instructor. The equipment was initially constructed by Pilates to provide feedback to the body and achieve results more quickly.
The group consists of no more than three individuals, selected by us based on common characteristics that relate to your needs and level.
It is the ideal choice to maintain personal attention while also enjoying a vibrant social dynamic, enhancing your coordination. It combines individual attention with group encouragement and interaction.
We recommend participating in both mat and equipment classes for better results.

Group mat
(4-7 people)
Classical pilates mat is the foundation of the Pilates method and the most challenging part to master. It offers a more interactive and enjoyable way to exercise, where you simultaneously meet others and learn to coordinate with them.
The challenge in mat classes arises from the exclusive reliance on body weight for resistance, unlike sessions with equipment that provide external support.
Additionally, for individuals with certain injuries or health conditions, mat Pilates can be the safest way to exercise, as it avoids the added resistance of the springs found in equipment and focuses exclusively on gentle body movements.
We recommend participating in both mat and equipment classes for better results.
