Operating Rules
- The duration of the classes is 55 minutes.
- All packages must be prepaid within the first five days of the package.
- In the event of a missed lesson, where the studio is not at fault, it will be charged normally. The make-up lesson should be scheduled within the package period, provided you had notified us 24 hours in advance of your absence and there is availability in another class or time slot.
- After the expiration of the monthly package, any unused classes are forfeited for any reason.
- Please arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes early for your class, as classes will start on time.
- For tranquility and focus, please keep mobile phones on silent mode.
- The studio remains closed on all national holidays and official festivities.
- The studio is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings in any case.
