Where are you located?
You can find us in Lamprou Katsoni 36A, 11471 , Lykavittos, Athens.We are just an 8-minute walk far from the subway  station ampelokipoi.

What should I wear and what should I bring? 
Wear something that allows you to move freely like leggings, shorts and tank top or T-shirt. Clean socks are required and clothes with any zippers(usually clothes for running) are not allowed as they can scratch our vinyl.

What to expect
Come 10 minutes earlier as we begin always on time. We will have a conversation with you about your athletic history, injuries or health issues and goals. Expect to find something new about your body and the way you move and expect to truly workout.

Ηow many sessions should I do in a week? In order to see true change, you should workout in general at least 2 times per week. 
Nowadays many come once a week either because they also do other forms of exercise during the week  or for personal reasons. The important thing in training is consistency and stick to a program through the year, in order to see change.

Do you have a cancellation policy? 
We are a boutique studio and we respectfully ask for a 24 hour notice of cancellation before the start of your arranged appointment. Failure to notify will result in the full charge of the session. In any other case if you  come for another appointment you will be also charged for the first one you didn’t cancel in time.
